The e-lab brings in University partners to deeply research a specific job or group, so we can understand what limits their performance and uncover the specific strategies that will make them more successful. The thing that makes the E-Lab stand out is the quality of the research that we do. Partnering with various universities around the globe to produce unbiased and peer reviewed research. This informs our custom built programs to ensure they address the burning issues that face organisations today. This process is different for every group.

New Zealand Financial Advisers Wellbeing Report 2023

In 2023, Dr Adam Fraser was once again approached by AIA NZ to conduct a study into the wellbeing and mental health of financial advisers in NZ. The goal of this research report was to understand how the significant changes to regulations and education standards advisers had to comply with, as well as the destructive natural disasters that impacted various parts of New Zealand, impacted financial advisers’ wellbeing, mental health and business/role. This project was conducted in partnership with Dr John Molineux from Deakin University and AIA NZ.

Australian Financial Advisers Wellbeing Report 2021

This research study is the first of its kind to be conducted in Australia within the financial advisory industry. It was initiated by Dr Adam Fraser due to the frequent number of advisers seeking assistance re garding their mental health and wellbeing, after his speaking events. Dr Fraser in collaboration with Dr John Mol-ineux from Deakin University approached AIA Australia to sponsor the research.

In February 2021, we surveyed over 400 people who worked in a mix of large, medium and small enterprise across Australia. The purpose of this survey was to review and reveal how people were managing with the dramatic changes in how they are working. While we think the world of work has been irrevocably changed forever, this survey aimed to find out if this is indeed true, and if so, in what way has it changed and most importantly what does this change mean to the Australian workforce.
